Albert has more than 2 decades of experience and outstanding results in European Retail across the Technology, Cosmetics and Supply Chain sectors. He is multi-lingual with a sales and marketing background and an impressive track record of achievement and operational experience gained internationally at Board level. He has vast experience in building phenomenally successful brands. Albert has been instrumental in the development introduction (Distribution and marketing) of the following brands:
- Deliplus which is the number 1 makeup brand in Spain and biggest private Label brand in Europe
- Beauty Success which is the best selling brand in the group in France
- BE – by far the biggest selling makeup brand at ICI Paris (AS Watson)
- Lola make up – the number one brand at Perse and now retailing in Marks & Spencer,
- Kicks, Nocibe, Belle, RARE Nails, Perfekt Beauty, All Intense
He has also won contracts for Sephora Own labels. Now Albert works with brands across Europe using his vast experience and strong connections and contacts in the retail world.
WILLY ARIAS-FERRARI Head of Operations
Willy's strong entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his own beauty business, introducing exciting new brands into the Spanish and Portuguese markets, at only 19 years old! This developed into a very successful commerce and distribution project. From this strong operational core he started Lógicos, a third party logistics company that focussing on supporting the supply chain operations of both brands and retailers in a rapidly changing retail environment. He has worked with Spain's biggest retailers and brand names, managing multiple warehouses across Europe and managing a team spread across multiple countries. Willy is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and his experience and knowledge make him perfectly placed to lead AR Ltd operations.
GUILLAUME BAKOUCH Director AR France
Guillaume Bakouch held directorship positions in Business Development and Operations in New York and Paris for beauty brands.The depth and breadth of Guillaume’s experience spans both the globe and the supply chain, serving clients ranging from ingredient suppliers to retail brands, throughout Western and Eastern Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa. He is now commited to bringing Albert Roger innovative brands to the French market. He is a graduate of the HEC Paris Business School.
CARMEN CRISTESCU Director AR Netherlands
Carmen has a true passion for the Beauty Sector and over 2o years experience in the sector with some pretty impressive results. Holding successful positions in retailers such as COLRUYT where she was Senior buyer to Commercial Director at ICI PARIS XL (Part of A.S. Watson Group) Carmen was instrumental in the development, launch and marketing of many of these retailers’ best known beauty brands. Her proven talent in product development, launch and brand management plus her in-depth knowledge of retail will be a key strength in building Albert Roger Ltd’s presence in the Netherlands.
VICTORIA BLAIR Communications
Victoria Blair has a wealth of experience in PR/Communications and Event Management in retail at a European level. Having spent over a decade living and working in Spain initially as a Director of a PR agency and then as European PR Manager for an american multinational in retail technology. Victoria Speaks fluent Spanish and manages PR through both traditional and digital channels.
JORGE ESTEVÉZ Commercial Director AR Spain
Jorge joins Albert Roger as Commercial Director for Spain. Jorge has held Senior Key Account and Marketing roles for some of the best known global brands such as Proctor and Gamble, COTY, Nestlé and Colgate Palmolive. His vast commercial experience will help Albert Roger further develop customer relationships in Spain by introducing new brands to existing customers and developing new channels for our existing portfolio.
JAMES JARDELLA - Sales Director UK and Ireland
James has held various commercial, business development and category management roles across the consumer goods industry. Well-versed in beauty, at L´Oréal U.K. & Ireland James delivered best in market launches for a number of household brands in collaboration with some of the UK's best known retailers. At an international level, he has since re-launched the Californian natural skincare brand Yes To into multiple European markets, selling within both 'bricks & mortar’ and e-commerce channels. James' in-depth knowledge of the retail landscape, category approach and keen consumer focus will ensure Albert Roger Ltd is well positioned to grow its beauty business within the U.K.
